This company has great hair, but their shipping is subpar and misleading. I placed an order nine days ago and have yet to receive a tracking number. I've emailed them directly and was responded to with this : (Good morning, Thanks for shopping with Boss Xtend. Our shipping is 5-7 business days. Since you placed your order over the weekend, your order did not start processing until the following Monday. Your order is still due to go out on time before its due date. You can give us a call or email later this week for a better estimate on when you should expect your hair. Thank you for contacting and have a great day!) I'm not understanding the process here? they hold my order for six days and i'm supposed to expect it to arrive tomorrow without any tracking number? mind you, there are no other shipping option on their site, so you'd assume it was express. Be weary of them and don't expect to get your tracking information the next day, no! you'll have to wait on it because someone is taking their slow sweet time with your hard earned money. UPDATE: BOSS XTEND HAS DECIDED TO TRY AND SCREW ME OVER BECAUSE I POSTED A YELP REVIEW ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY HAVE DECIDED NOT TO SERVICE ME AND ARE NOW HOLDING MY MONEY THAT I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. THEY CALL MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH TO REVIEW THEIR COMPANY ON YELP "egregious conduct" BUT ITS PERFECTLY OK TO HOLD SOMEONE'S ORDER FOR TWO WEEKS AND CANCEL ON THEM AND HOLD THEIR REFUND FOR 7-10 KNOWINGLY INCONVENIENCING THEM. APPARENTLY THAT IS THE WAY YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE TREATED WHEN A COMPANY IS RAN BY EMOTION AND CATTINESS

I haven't worn the indian curly yet. I can only say I hear good things about it. The Brazilian curly 100% I would recommend. It is curly hair tho, so its high maintenance, but I loved it.
