Just discovered this brand. As an entrepreneur I was curious to reverse engineer his secret. It’s Timing. He picked up influencers for pennies back when there was little demand for their services and rode the social media wave. Good for him. This cant be replicated in this niche again but perhaps there are opportunities in other subcultures. To be honest thought the early designs were absolutely ugly kinda shocked the brand grew into a billion dollar brand but makes sense whatever the influencers are wearing people are gonna buy.

But the strategy that gymshark used to gain popularity was based on influencers. Influencers who had a strong personal brand. So your personal brand is everything.
