It all started in Bali, Indonesia. The need for professional real estate services, geared to foreigners, was recognized and we opened our first office in Seminyak in 2002. This was followed by an office in Sanur and later in Jimbaran, as well as in North Bali.

In 2018, we consolidated our services in the Canggu office, from where we cover the entire island of Bali.

During all those years, Exotiq has established itself as Bali’s premium real estate marketing specialist.

In 2022, we were the first property agent to introduce exclusive buyer’s agency services in Bali.

Finally, in May 2023 a brand new website was launched to further distinguish our brand as Bali’s leading luxury property agency.
