Back in the days when Volvo was Volvo. No stupid "branding". And I don't even own a Volvo anymore. Amazon was the only exception 45 years ago. I have driven some of those other gems.
I use this video and weekend motivation to get up, get outside and turn wrenches on my Volvo. Rain or shine because I have a garage and I like working on rainy days.

Volvo 165 is my favorite Volvo, lookswise i mean, the earlier version with the curved front bumper like those seen @ 0:29 on the left side (although those are the 164 model, not the stationwagon 165). i would like to see more of Volvo 165.
I think there is only 1 genuine 165. For me, 1973 164E. Later dash, recessed door handles, shallower grille and mid size rear lights make the neatest model, IMHO.

Still have my 855 SE 10v manual purchased new in 94 .Took it to Sweden every summer 94-2002 including Gotland. Unfortunately I cannot obtain the rain gutter clips for the left side as Volvo no longer stock them. 🏴👍🏻
