Mi ha commosso questo brano. Ricordi bellissimi da banbina. Nel 1954 mio fratello è gli operi su questa storia fecero il carro per carnevale con tanro di musica. Vestito e truccatida.neg
It feels like we are listening to someone in the present time. But it is a time long gone. The last words are very prophetic. New York became very bad and violent in the 1970s. They feel like my contemporaries, there was an overlap in out lives and I could have met snd conversed with them. However, it is is strangely devastating to me that it is not biologically possible for them to be alive now.
Perhaps you mean 'these ole creative, successful, brilliant, kind, funny, ego-less friends and game changers.' Doers in the world, instead of watchers.
@@fromthepeanutgallery1084 ? what is wrong with referring to them as queens? it's a term of endearment and praise, especially among gay people. fitting, since John cage was gay
@@pwkotor47 Wrong bailiwick. Cage one of the most creative, brilliant minds, who ever walked this planet. Known for his musical genius, not for being a Queen. That's all.
I like it; it's really weird but appealing like some of Pink Floyd's weirdest stuff, or Frank Zappa's. I'm very impressed with the way the woman makes her vocal chords go all over the place.
None of his music is entirely abstract in the sense of meaningless. The repetition in this could be a recollection of his childhood in the 1930s - political lockstep conformity. But with episodes of introspective break out. He talked about this himself. It is a reason he disliked rock, pop or any kind of excessively rhythmically repetitious music.
First time i heard this was from a BBC documentary titled "Human, all too human", even though it was a short clip, i get mesmerized by the beautiful voices of the choir
This work seems to show something dynamic in the micro world. I feel like I'm looking at another world through a microscope. It is an honor to communicate with such a great person. How long did it take you to complete this work?
@@NickRedfernMusic You seem to be a professional composition. But... I think it would be too difficult to actually play this work. 😭 Even listening to it on the synthesizer sounds like a good enough work.
semplicemente magnifico, l’armonia tra le voci mi ha teletrasportato in un mondo che probabilmente mai più rivedro. In conclusione si può dire che è na merda
I sang this at my 7th grade competition. I won one of the first place ribbons. This song has been living rent-free in my mind since I was 12-years-old. The vocals on this were lovely and I enjoyed hearing this song correctly as the words and melody have changed themselves a bit in my mind, lol.
