Waternoose: Broken *(all he wanted was to keep his company alive.)* Syndrome: Pure Evil *(being rejected by your idol is no excuse to murder dozens of superheroes.)* Professor Zuddnap: Pure Evil *(again, don’t even.)* Ernesto De La Cruz: Neither *(Ernesto has never really done anything remotely evil.)* Evelyn Deavor: Near Pure Evil *(her actions nearly surpass the excuse of turning evil because of her parents being killed while superheroes were underground.)* Chick Hicks: Neither *(much like Ernesto, Chick has never really done anything remotely evil.)* If any one of you tries to convince me otherwise, I’d advise you not to do so.
