For your swollen legs when you're sitting down get another chair and put a cushion on it, so you can rise your leg up it helps with the swelling. Didn't the hospital give you compression socks??
I know that pain wayyyy too well and now I’m back with a #4. My third wasn’t as prolonged and she came just in time before induction. I worked off most of my contractions at home. Labor pain were still intense but quick. You did an awesome job mama. I am waiting for my little prince in one week. God bless us.
