I am an insurance advisor and I use Bigin to manage my client's data. I receive numerous emails from the insurance company regarding different clients. I can identify which client each email belongs to, and I want the flexibility to manually attach these emails to the correct client contact in Bigin. Currently, the emails from the insurance company seem to automatically attach to the company's contact instead of allowing me to assign them to the appropriate client. I want to manage this process manually so that I can correctly attach each email to the respective client's contact record. Is there a way to customize this in Bigin? Please advise on how I can manually manage and attach emails to different client contacts. Thank you!
Can both Bigin and Zoho CRM integrate with Projects (and other Zoho apps so that if I am working in office I can use Zoho CRM but when I am on the go use Bigin? Will they automatically reflect work done in one app (CRM or Begin) and update the other app and will they update Projects or another integrated app and have the work reflected in CRM and Bigin?

We are using Bigin whatsapp extensively but needs whatsapp flow and chatbot support in it we are waiting for it and if WhatsApp enable in Bigin workflow and automation than it will so helpful for us.

There are some fields that do not work, because of different modules? A simple operation for example, to calculate the commission on a sale. The fields of the associated product (product/price/quantity/discount/total) cannot be selected, so what should I do? If I want to do {price}*{quantity}/{commission rate}, how do I do it?

Purely because a pipeline record is always created in association with a company or contact module. Hello! I have a very basic but possibly complicated question. I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

Set up the Bigin account using your email, customize everything for your customer, and then add them as a super admin. They can remove you from the account afterward. 2. Have the customer sign up directly on Bigin and then add you as a user with permission to customize. Hi, if Bigin handles my company domain emails, how does Bigin deal with emails that are not related to clients for example I have an admin@ email account for other things that are not related to any pipeline, they are usually of general business admin nature. Do you still access emails via gmail too? to see the inbox? or only get all emails from the Bigin interface? Thank you.

Question: Why is it not possible to have more than one Stage Automation per stage with different criteria? My goal: based on a field of the ticket I want to send an email in language english or in an other language.
