Hello N64-Friends! In this project I want to show as much gameplays, intros, multiplayer-footage etc. about the N64 as I can. All my videos are recorded by myself directly from a NTSC-N64. If anybody wants to use some of my footage for his own videos, he can do it without my permission under one condition: you refer to my channel as the source!
Wow, played this as a kid and absolutely love it still. Just looking at this today makes me want to make something with this form of energy. Perfect way to build an intro. Absolutely hooked.
Person of Lordly calibre... That subtitle always cracks me up and makes me pronounce it with a bad english accent. :) But kidding aside i still want this game for my collection but its too expensive (PAL) With this game am going for a reproduction cartridge as well as Starcraft 64. I know its blasphemy but a repro to me is better than everdrive *Edit: i dont think there is a PAL starcraft 64 so i have to get a converter as well for that
I remember this one being very different from the first game I believe it's a very ambitious sequel ! It has a function for every button on the controller, I mean you control the camera with the dpad, L button opens a pop up screen (that kills the frame rate a bit), you can explode other racers too ! It's a fun game once you dedicate a bit of time to get used to it ! I wish they had implemented a reset to the track button, like Beetle Adventure Racing ! Because sometimes you get really stuck and it's a pain to recover Pretty fun game for me ! Soundtrack is also pretty good !
Ohhh the intro is a bit smoother ! Do you feel any differences when you start a battle ? This game is probably the only reason I have to buy an expansion pak hahahaha Thanks a lot for posting it !
No problem! I can´t tell you if the game runs smoother, cause I have never played it. But to my knowlegde the only use of the Expansion Pak is, that if you´re using the Transfer Pak, the whole Game Boy game is loaded in the memory of the N64.
One of the Video Games that I have played and finished the multiplayer mode is quite fun, especially for 3 and 4 players, the bad thing is that for 3 and 4 players, 3 of the 9 tracks are not available, but for 1 and 2 players, the same that the championship that only 2 is available for said mode, that is, 3 and 4 players, the other thing is that the computer cars take the short path, so in the circuits that have divisions it is better to take the short path, such as the 2nd circuit of the same
1 of the most fun games on the Nintendo 64, the bad thing is that they had made it for 4 players, and in the case of 2 players it is better to put the CPUs in it, he has the options there, that is, you 2 can compete against 4 computers to make it more fun , since it is quite boring to play face to face mode alone.
There are many great racers and even driving racing games on the N64 (World driver Championship, F1 World Grand Prix 2, and Top Gear Rally 2) But this isnt one of them. How they'd could have released such a lacklustre performing and bare bones driving game is beyond me. Some fast talking executive must have convinced the shareholders to throw money at producing this cartridge to piggy back on the hype that was created around Gran Turismo 1 on the PS1 at the time. It is obviously a ripp off of that game that only worked to persuade people with screenshots. I looked forward to this and me an my buddy played it for 30 mins and then we turned it off. The name is an abuse of the "64" term
