My name is Didier Neefe I am from the Netherlands and I've been flying rc planes since I was 7 years old. I've flown alot of Warbirds but I recently started to fly some more aerobatic and 3D stuff to train my thumbs. Also trying to do some more reviews of planes to mix up the content.

Hello I have to check again as I have not flown this model for a while. Manual says: 100mm from the front of the wing at the seem where the outer wing sections join the inner wing part.
Geen idee meer is al lang geleden maar hij vloog hem altijd wanneer er wel wat wind stond om hem los te laten komen en ik weet ook niet of hij er een andere setup in heeft zitten dan standaard
I love mine so much then i got two of it ( when price was reasonable) . This, the f-14 and the a-10 , best rc jets on the market . But again, now you have to be billionaire to get it. Great flight!!
Great sound out of that 1835 unit, nice job! Just minimize your flap throw and always keep your throttle up on landings... This is Freewing's WORST tip stalling plane to date.
Ive not had any issue on landings yet always using half flaps (quite alot actually on mine) and yes I am always using throttle on landings I really feel she needs it! thanks for watching and commenting! <3
@@fern6978 agree about the tip stall comment. It's a beautiful plane but probably one of the worst flying Freewing jets. Too much wing loading makes it want to fall out of the sky at any turn below half throttle. I have lots of flights on mine but it's a love hate relationship. The new version has more power and less weight ( no more slats) so I would be curious to fly it.
I think this is still the first version but as I mentioned in the description its a upgraded setup. I don’t even know the differences between v1 and v2 haha
Nice flight! Try using the slats and flaps on your landing and you’ll stabilize the plane more, lessening the wobble. Cheers and happy continued flying! Congrats on a nice maiden 🥳
Thanks alot! I do use the slats now (from the seccond flight and on) and most of the time half flaps and it lands great! Although it still wobbles quite a bit but I don’t know if it is reduced or not. Still loving the plane i got aprox 25/30 flights on her now!
This is incorrect... Using slats and MORE flap deflection will only amplify the "Wobble" and tip stall effects and only require even more throttle for stability.
