HITS for HIIT offers free workouts and music specifically designed to support your HIIT sessions. HITS for HIIT was founded by me, Sophie Stévance, and Serge Lacasse: we are both Dr, researchers in music & sport, and athletes.
Based on current research on the relationships between music and sports, our brand HITS for HIIT offers combinable 5-minute songs. Each song consists of original music produced with HIIT in mind. Indications for the alternation between the 20 sec. active and 10 sec. rest periods are INTEGRATED to the music, thus offering a true aesthetic experience while performing your HIIT: NO DISTURBING SOUNDS, NO COUNTDOWNS, NO TIMER NEEDED. Just great music that evolves in harmony with HIIT movements!

This is great! I've been walking/cycling/running with some yoga and meditation for awhile now and just now getting started with HIIT. Today I did two intervals of jumping jacks but I plan to use your workouts to target my other muscles for a full range of motion!
This was perfect! One of my new years resolutions is to move my body. I absolutely hate exercising but bc this was so quick, I didn't mind it! Thank you!
Love everything about your work but no timer sound doesn't really work for me, or I assume most people. I want to focus on my workout instead of having to glue my eyes on the screen watching for starting and ending all the time. Just my opinion.
Hi! Thanks for your kind words. Actually the whole point of our project is to offer music that acts as a timer and thus helps you focus. The music does “tell” you when to stop and when to restart. It contains musical signals indicating the 20sec and 10sec segments. Please let us know if this helps. Take care!
Perfect! I have ADHD/Autism. My body is basically under-stimulated and 'asleep' while inside, leading to endless 'creative shower' type thoughts. 5 minutes of exercise was easy to commit to, and enough to get my blood pumping, which alleviates symptoms. Thanks!
