Two questions, please: Where did you get your "new favorite scraper?" I need a good one. Also, that cake is HUGE! How much did you charge for it and where are you located?
Thanks for asking Ms. Michele. I purchased my scraper from a local supply store named Kreative Supplies in Grand Cayman. You can likely get one from Amazon as well. In regards to the cost of the cake , I likely charged around $200kyd . I used (2) 8" cakes and cut them each into half , giving me a total of 4 layers .

You should really level your cakes before beginning this process. And the bottom layer should go bottom down. You'll be much happier with your results.

I'm getting my cake mixes today. Looking forward to the measurements! Any tips for using bigger pans, and did you grease and flour the pans? Total newby here.
@sarahc6234 Depending on the size pan you'll use , the baking time will vary. 1 Strawberry box mix 1/2 cup sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup water 1 pack instant vanilla Pudding For greasing my pans, I mix equal parts of oil, flour, and shortening, then store it in a container. Enjoy. 😊
The only time I freeze my cakes is when I bake them in batches. Then I wrap them in plastic wrap , and freeze. During my decorating process, I only refrigerate the cake . Was this helpful ?😊@deshasutton86
