While the arrival of the fleets is so damn badass am still annoyed we don't see the Geth and Quarian fleet together, also aside from the Destiny Ascension I don't see any of the Asari fleet.
It's never not going to be crazy that at the time of this game humanity had only been a part of the Council civilization for 38 years. Talk about kicking in the galaxy's front door, and making yourself at home lol.
Shepherd should have been given a field promotion to Colonel or Brigadier General in ME3. A chunk of the Alliance brass was killed in the first 5 minutes so I know they had room to promote Shepherd and he/she for damn sure deserved a higher rank.
Epic moment but could have been way better. All fleets reporting in, should have each fleet plus war assets sounding off ready to whoop some reaper ass.
"but I thought you were a reaper" "They are only echos, we existed long before" "Then what are you?" "... Something More" Fuck man I get chills every time I hear that
I always wondered how different this fight would have been if Humanity still used nukes and didn’t go the way of kinetic weapons etc. If I recall, part of the reason civilisation has such a hard time against the reapers is because they go down the route of technology they want them to. So they are more resilient to kinect weapons I imagine.
What synthetic Reapers failed to realise is that organics, with their backs against a wall and facing imminent destruction, will fight even if it's futile because alternative is death and organics have a strong aversion to it and that's something AI doesn't understand
All they needed to do was not try to explain the reapers "Unknowable, driven by motives organics cannot hope to comprehend" was all it was needed But they had to bite more than they could chew so now the lore is reduced to this rubbish.😂
"What had been our strength, our empire, became a liability. All races comforted to one doctrine, one strategy. The Reapers exploited this. Once they found our weaknesses, we could not adapt. The subservient races became divided and confused. Then, it was only a matter of time." "I'm happy to say our cycle is different. Most races cooperate but they still remain unique." "Then it may be your only hope."
One of the greatest moments in Science Fiction history. It is the true culmination of everything we have fought for. Regardless of our choice with how to use the Crucible, all the species united as one is far more meaningful than any other achievement in history.
Me3 ruined the reapers for me. I dont like how everything about them needs to be explained. It tames away their mysteriousness and felt less threatening to me. Their backstory is very convoluted and to this day doesnt make sense to me. Not to mention this scene contradicts the conversation with Sovereign in Me1. Good job writers. I prefer the reapers back then.
RED LEADER STANDING BY GREY LEADER STANDING BY GREEN LEADER STANDING BY MAY THE FORCE BE WITH US NEMOOTE NATAOOTOOTTI DON'T WORRY MY FREINDS DOWN THERE, HE'LL GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME (OR THIS WILL BE SHORTEST OFFENSIVE OF ALL TIME)
Watching Alien vs Predator and the man in charge started talking and I knew his voice sounded familiar. Turns out it was the voice actor for Hacket, had to come here and watch him once again
there are some scenes of mass effect trilogy that make me cry no matter how many times I've watched. That is one of them. He'll yeah that a fucking great masterpiece. I wonder how didn't anyone turns that into a TV series or movie
