Thanks for the idea. My hill is longer and steeper, but I'm going to give it a shot.

Do you really need the screen to be de at an angle after you added the concrete vibrator? Or would it be too much weight on it if it were to just be laying horizontal?
@terrymcgillicuddy8056
@terrymcgillicuddy8056 2 дня назад
Yes it, I believe it would be too much weight. Thanks for watching

That’s good to know, I’m in the process of buying a m-71, and am worried about small tank. Saw a chart that at full power usage was close to 4 gallons an hour, you’re obviously not using anywhere close to that amount. Thanks for reply.

You don’t need that many spikes for the edging. Only need to be 1 spike every 6 holes or so.

You want the vibrator attached firmly. You want to transfer as much vibration as possible to the frame.

About to do a big backyard makeover and this method of stairs is going to make my project much easier. I was thinking I'd dig and put in railroad ties. Idk why I hadn't thought to lay the steps on top of the slope and fill in around it. Im sure I'll dig some but not as much as I would have and I like the way these steps have sides. Looks good.

THANKS ❤👍❤so much for the step by step instructions. Your pavers looked like 12” ? ...I need to do in front of my SIDE door ...and was going to use 16 “ patio stones, but NOT NOW ....The space is only a 6’X3’ small area. LOVE the look of your 12” pavers much better & that’s what I’m going to use .....AND those 12” X 12” seemed EASIER TO WORK WITH & manage.

Nice work! On my steps I let my tread paver run over my riser paver so I get a little nosing and riser helps supports the tread edge. I also use PL Landscape paver & block adhesive on the tread/riser joint.

Just found your channel today in June 2024!! Soooo many great pointers and straight to the point! I want to do this in the side of our driveway (about 25ft alongside) to make a walkway for my husband’s side of the driveway. I have a wide truck and he ends up parking right against the grass. I had NO IDEA about digging down deep enough (at the beginning) until you hit solid ground! So many videos I watched, such a waste of time and talking! I couldn’t hit subscribe button fast enough! Cheers from Virginia Beach, friends!

Can you use this crusher dust for building ground level deck?
@terrymcgillicuddy8056
@terrymcgillicuddy8056 2 месяца назад
Yes, just make sure you dig out all the topsoil down to solid ground. Then add crusher dust in 2 or 3 inch lifts, tamping each lift.
