Huge spruce trees form a wall at the back of our property. It’s great. They’re a natural privacy fence. However, there are areas where we’re beginning to see through the spruces due to thinning and some dying on the inside of the trees. On the “outside” there are branches which have become very long and need to be pruned. My questions: What can I do on the inside to help the trees? Is there an evergreen I can can’t plant inside the trees to fill in the thin areas? (Full Shade) What’s the best approach to pruning the extra long branches on the outside?
One look at this man and I knew I could trust his opinions in regard to gardening. Them glasses and vest ain't never seen a badly done gardening job by this man

Very frustrating to be trying to see where you are cutting and it happens so fast and the camera isn't catching your cuts. This was not a helpful video for learning.
The girl is giggly-cute. :-) Just better to split hostas the professional way like that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KDDjDvb2t5E.html Less harm to plants.
If you have clay. soil the spikes break up when trying to installing the spikes - Better to use 3 ft long galvanized pipe and a mall hammer to first make the hole then no-bounce hammer to install the spikes
Know I’m going to have to do something different to get rid of the voles that get in my garden? I’ve used the granular chemicals that’s got castor oil in it and it does work. But you have to reapply it anytime the area gets wet or rains. Gets expensive having to buy it all the time. Traps are hit or miss, sometimes you get one and sometimes you don’t! Very frustrating when none of your neighbors do anything to control the moles or voles on their property. It’s only time till the moles or voles end up over on my property again. Never ending problem here
I just watched a video with your girl our ing English Dogwood bush and bridal wreath .today is Feb 17 2022. Can I prune now or should I wait .should I wait for moon phase to plant my new lemon
Hi, I have mole burrows all over my yard. Is there going to be only one mole, so that one box of Tomcat will stop this, or am I going to need to do this all over the yard to kill off a whole family?
I just eradicated one in my mulch today. He was moving around and I could see him his little mobile mound. “Garden Spade Death” Tool got him. Bahahahaha Bahahahaha
