Campfire Cocktail is a good scent, found this one at Wal-Mart along with Log Cabin Flannel. The scent is really nice upon burning. I found it to be perfect to burn just before Fall officially begins. Autumn Wreath is a great classic staple, re-purchased it last year and may burn it next Fall. I'm burning Yankee's Apple Cider, another great classic along with finishing Homeworx Creamy Oat Milk Latte in a 3 wick jar that I found at Marshall's. I highly suggest if you're a fan of that brand to head there and check out the candles. Nice haul. Happy candle hunting. Just waiting for Bath and Body Works Fall 3 to drop, so exciting. You'll find some Yankee at Ross, Village Candle at T.J. Maxx along with a bit of Homeworx and mainly Homeworx candles with their soap at $4.99 each at Marshall's.
I can’t wait for fall 3 at bath and body works! I haven’t loved many of their offerings this far- so looking forward to what’s next. I have not tried many homeworx but have always been curious. Maybe for holiday! Always great to get your opinions and share in the candle chat! Thanks for watching!!!
Hello, others really like Praline Buttercream, it's received good reviews. Salted Maple Pumpkin would be in my wheelhouse. Oud is a resinous wood that comes from the Aquilaria tree, and is known for its rich, woody scent. Would love to have this collection.
Hi there! Thanks so much for watching! And thanks for the info on OUD! lol I would highly recommend the salted maple pumpkin. The more I smell it the more I really like it!!!
Welcome back. My Summer was HOT and great. It's still hot here but not as much as it used to be. I have the majority of Fall phase one and two candles from BBW. Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla is going on now, it's a nice light throw. All of the candles with a rare exception from this brand will be a first burn. Mixed Berry Crumble will be burned this Fall. I like it on cold. BBW Cranberry & Gala Apple, Pumpkin Apple, Basil Leaf & Apple, and Eddie's Leather Jacket are the Fall transitional candles burned so far. They haven't disappointed. I'm finishing a transitional one from Yankee called White Cedar & Eucalyptus, it's interesting. Kringle's medium Cherry Chai and Morning Cartoons were fun. I'm a seasonal burner, that means I pick scents based upon what I feel are good for each season to burn. BBW will be releasing Fall phase 3 in two weeks. Everyone is raving about Cider Lane and want it to come back lol, never tried it, but it's on my radar. Nice online only purchases. They just released Pumpkin Nut Butter and Pumpkin Donut Shop as a member exclusive online only. Skinny wicks burn better than the white opaque ones in my experience. Leaves will be burned this Fall, looking forward to it. Pumpkin S'Mores will be burned next year, Katie from Katie's Joyful Life on here did a burn review of it in case you're interested, she gives really good reviews it's the same with Melanie aka MrKongsMom and Connor from Connor Loves Candles. Pumpkin Bonfire will burned next year too. Happy burning.
I’ll be sharing my fall 2 picks soon! Basil and apple leaf sounded very tempting- might have to grab it. Cider lane was special and I wish I would have kept one! Let me know if anything stand out to you! As always thanks so much for being here!
To me, florals are always good for Spring since I'm a seasonal burner. Hibiscus Fruit Punch is amazing and burned it this Summer. Limoncello is on my huge wish list. Nice haul. Vanilla Lime is what you're thinking of great scent, Key Lime Pie is what I'll be burning hopefully next month.
I'm new to this brand. Almond Croissant was the first candle burned and liked it. Coconut Pina Colada is burning now and really enjoy the coconut pineapple scent for Summer. Firecracker Pop will be burned on July 4th. Just smelled it right now lol. This SAS was my first so I bought a ton of body wash at 75% off, some room sprays, few candles, and a lot of hand soap. Went wild this whole year lol. Nice haul, Turquoise Waters smells good. BBW has a few Fall scents in, soaps, and room sprays, They have a few new Gingham scents in too. Sugared Lemonade smells good on cold, love lemon scents. Happy burning.
I’m about halfway through sugared lemonade and it’s so nice! I will be burning firecracker pop on the 4th as well!!! I’m always excited to see fall starting to trickle in but I like summer when it’s summer. It’s hard not to go wild when the sales are happening lol!!!
I only got three of the Christmas scents as I'm really new to this brand. I do have Fresh Balsam and Tree Farm plus one more white wax one, all three smell good on cold. I'll keep my eye out for Pistachio & Toasted Vanilla, gourmands seem to be good around the holidays. Yankee had one called Crunchy Pistachio Vanilla as part of an old collection called Cookie Swap (I burned the swap one last Christmastime) and it reminded me of Christmas Cookie, with a lighter throw. Cinnamon Sugared Pecans looks interesting.
Hi! Wow that Yankee pistachio sounds lovely- Christmas cookie is one of the best. Pistachio and toasted vanilla smelled nice but had a very heavy throw- almost too heavy and I never say that! lol I was concerned cinnamon sugared pecans would just smell like cinnamon but it was fabulous! Way more layers than I anticipated and I would purchase again for my collection! Have a great day!
Pink Gumball smells amazing, an authentic original gum flavor. Fresh Sheets and Spring Clothesline do smell good on cold, I did smell Laundry Day in the store and it smelled like fabric softener, it's not for everyone as it can be cloying. I'm burning Almond Croissant as my first Spring/BBW candle, I'm a seasonal burner, so I burn for what would be considered appropriate for each season. This scent is strong here in the bedroom, the almond maple doughy notes really come through. I have Hummingbird Tea Cake, I enjoyed it on cold and I found out that it's an actual cake lol. Sweet Kiwi & Starfruit smells good and will be perfect for the Summer. If you ever get your hands on Yankee's Tropical Starfruit and the old school Starfruit & Orange, please burn them, they're amazing. Happy Burning!
Hey there!!! Love to hear your perspective! Last spring they had a fragrance called white t-shirt in the family of clean smells and it was great. I’m keeping an eye out. I’m with you- almond croissant is going to be perfect to transition to spring. I think the Yankee fruit I loved was called kiwi and berries or something? Man I miss those old Yankee days…
I won’t buy an other brand other than Kringle. It burns soo evenly and great. It doesn’t have to be babied as compared to other candle brands. I never had any tunneling issue
@@Shes.fire.Lara.B I agree the fragrance is very low. I bought a couple of candles a while ago and are now starting to burn it and don’t smell anything.
Walmart carries a few Goose Creek scents like This Is Christmas, Classic Christmas Tree, Winter Splendor, Sparkling Cinnamon, and Gingerbread Lane. This is a good brand. Night Before Christmas, Sparkling Woods, First Autumn Frost, Christmas Wish have all been good. Haven't tried the ones you bought; they look interesting. I'll burn Winter Splendor this season.
Merry Christmas! Christmas Wish from Yankee won't be burned until Christmas 2026 lol. I have three Country Candle scents: Jingle All The Way, Hot Cocoa, and Midnight Snow.
I’m really loving your candle reviews! I hope your channel stays around. 🙂 Lol I don’t decorate for Christmas until the weekend after Thanksgiving lol. I think sometimes I feel rushed through the Holidays, and I just want to enjoy them lol
Thanks so much for stopping by! I am planning to be awhile for quite some time ☺️ now I’ve been decorated for about a month and still enjoying it lol. Merry Christmas!!!!
Hi! I have been burning the size pictured here and have zero issues with burning. I’m not sure about the tall, think milk jars though. Can honestly say they are my new favorite though!
Merry Christmas! ❤ Yes, the Christmas cake pop lemon one is so good on cold. I haven't burned it yet because I only bought one, lol. The label is stunning! I also have that chocolate one, crinkle cookies and its just ok to me. The chocolate smells like a dark chocolate, and you're right, nothing like the adored hot cocoa and cream from BBW! Whenever I burn that one, my husband wants brownies, lol. Your Christmas decor is an A + , take care. K
I burned it and it has no throw to it. It’s highly disappointed. I even bought 2 and got 2 for free when they had the B2G2. However this candle was a flop for me
Just found your channel - love the setup and your vibe! I’m heavy into the BBW/candle content and I’m happy to have stumbled across you! Oh - and I love how you have all the candles sitting out together instead of only bringing them on screen one at a time just to build suspense like everyone else. Very unique to do that. You definitely have a new subscriber in me - hope to see some big candle hauls after candle day in a few weeks!! ❤
Im loving pistachio toasted vanilla, I've burned through 2 already and am embarrassed to admit how many I actually own, lol. Pairing it w peppermint is a great idea! I'll have to try that! Glad you had fun at Disney!
Nice collection, I'm a newb to burning Goose Creek, only burned five so far. Their Patchouli Leaves, First Autumn Frost, Sparkling Woods, Christmas Wish, and Night Before Christmas all had really nice throws. It's sad that they don't have the large double wick jars anymore, those are what I have. I'll burn Angel Food Cake next Christmas season and a lot of Yankee candles, happy burning.
Thanks for stopping by Scott! How was Autumn Frost? That one sounded lovely. I love their Christmas offerings- my favorite of all my holiday candles last year was a goose creek called letters to Santa. I hope they have it again this year! The
@@Shes.fire.Lara.B Awesome! The UK has a Christmas Yankee scent called Letters To Santa. First Autumn Frost was really good in the bedroom, it had a winter air and fallen Autumn leaves mixed with an earthy scent notes in it. I enjoyed it. Give that one a try next Fall if you can find it online. I'm burning Yankee's Golden Chestnut from their Farmer's Market Collection right now. I like the scent, even though it has a light throw. Yankee's Balsam Forest was really strong as my first Christmas candle this year, highly recommend that one. I could easily go on a tangent about candles so I'll stop here. Have a good night.
Great haul! We have quite a similar taste in candles... 😊 Btw, on my last BBW purchase I hesitated whether to pick Warm Apple Pie or not, because the reviews are so divided about it... 😳💭@#₪% Besides, it is a pretty light thrower, most years. Therefore, at last minute I replaced it with Autumn... Another fall staple, and a wonderful apple-y scent (But usually, so much stronger... #KnockOnWood 🪵🍎 Lol...) Enjoy your new candles, and... HAPPY BURNING!!!
Hi. I'm a new subscriber n I've watched a couple of ur videos n I really enjoyed them. We like the same kinds of candles. I do have 2 orders on the way from BBW n 1 has my Warm Apple Pie candle in it n now I can't wait to see if mine has the cherry scent to it. It's always been just the regular perfect sweet apple pie but if it does have an added cherry to it, I would probably like it. My favorites are sweet, fruity, apple n cherry are my 2 tops n I do luv my gourmands as well. I'll come back n let u know when I get mine if I get any of the cherry in my candle when it gets here. By the way, I'm Angie, nice to meet u! 😊
@@Shes.fire.Lara.B I will as soon as I get it. Also, I seen in another video u had said u have a Goose Creek candle haul n I can't wait to watch it! Those are my favorite videos to watch! 😊
Their candles are definitely addictive. You have a great collection. This was my first visit to your channel and I really enjoyed watching. I just subscribed and I look forward to tuning in again soon💖
I bought Autumn Daydream, Spice Market, Evening River Walk and the classic Autumn Leaves and I think they all smell excellent. Spice Market is a little generic but I do like it and in fact I think this year's Fall lineup is the best one in year's. They are releasing their Halloween lineup on the 26th so I'll definitely be purchasing those in September as well.
I will agree this is the most promising season in many years! In past years they’ve released additional fall fragrances later in August so I’m hopeful for that!! And keeping my eyes out for a great holiday collection. Thanks for watching!!!!!
I love your honesty about Yankee, everyone else seems to be afraid to say the truth - Yankee is ok, but no where near where it used to be and SHOULD be. Really like your reviews, I hope other people start catching on to your channel!
