Im a 38 year old "fit" male had mine done on monday its now Wednesday evening 11.30pm cant sleep nose swollen and sometimes pain nose completely stuffed up im so jealous of you're recovery im struggling big time just want to breathe and have a full night sleep !!!!!
Hi, yeah the first couple of nights are not easy as your nose is fully bunged up so sleeping isn’t as easy (I had the same issue) but make sure you’re breathing through your mouth! It will result in a dry mouth but keep water beside you and take sips throughout the night. It will get better but the first couple of nights are definitely the worst. You’re almost over the worst of it, your nose won’t be bunged up for too much longer🤞🏽You’ll probably get one side back before the other like I did but it’ll be a relief in any case! Hope your recovery goes well.
Hey sorry I don’t know what you mean by “it shows trying to capture a game”. Have you connected the HDMI in and out ports correctly? If you skip to the “HDMI ports” chapter in the video you can confirm how to connect them.
Hi! I would just like a hand held game system just to pass time. I have seen all these Steam ones but I don’t need that. Will this be ok for a casual gamer? Thanks
Hi, the video is all about password protecting a folder…. It’s done through the disk utility app. Please watch the entire video to learn how to password protect a specific folder 📁 🙂
I’d probably use something like Floss to remove the panels by ‘flossing’ in between the wall and the panels and possibly use a hair dryer beforehand. This should help to avoid any damage 👌🏽 Fortunately I didn’t glue the whole panel and only added tape to a few sections per panel so it should be straightforward when the time comes 🤞🏽
I can’t remember but it was probably around a 2-3 hour drive from where I used to live. We only went for the day and it was plenty of time. I don’t think you need to stay a night but it depends on how much you want to explore on foot too. We primarily went for the drive and obviously got out and walked around too but the day was enough for us (a good few hours).
I’ve not had to use one since 2014 but I would imagine that dongles work pretty much the same way as they’ve always done. Turn it on and connect to it from your phone.
I had my septoplasty 8 days ago. I felt pail obviously but my sleep was normal from the day 1. And having no headache I will remove my splints tomorrow and i am very scared of it any tips or suggestions?
Thanks for the video. I maybe having this done soon. Did you suffer from headaches at all. I’ve been suffering from really bad headaches for years and they hopefully narrowed it down to this and enlarged turnbinates. Thanks
You’re welcome. Thank you for watching. And yeah I did experience headaches quite a lot pre-surgery from disrupted sleep and not being able to breathe through my nose but haven’t had an issue since, Alhumdulillah (praise be to God) Good luck with it if you do get it done and I hope it helps!
Hey, no it wasn’t crooked so the Septoplasty didn’t impact the shape of it. The issue was purely internal. I don’t think Septoplasty alone changes the shape of the nose in any case.
Hey when did your packing dissolves mine is day 4 and still bulging out . Mouth breathing made my lips dry and kind of numb . I’m soo exhausted, not feeling like them to get dissolved and the nhs after care is joke they just don’t explain nicely .
If you’re seeing it poke out then that’s a good thing. It took about 5 days for me. You’ll gradually see it poke out more and more each day and it will eventually come out. You should also be doing the nasal douching which I assume they told you about. Doing that helped mine come out fairly quick. Still took 5 days fron surgery (3 days from starting the nasal douching) Yeah, mouth breathing definitely does make your lips dry. I didn’t feel any numbness though but I hope you recover quickly ☺️
It's been one week since my septoplasty, polypectomy and sinus surgery. I've never been in so much pain. On ibuprofen daily and headache and sinus pain is knocking me for 6. I guess having septoplasty on it's own is a more straightforward recovery
Aww I’m so sorry 😔 I hope you recover quickly! And yeah Septoplasty is considered a pretty minor surgery so recovery isn’t too long (couple of weeks but it takes months to fully heal) Wishing you a speedy recovery 🤞🏽
@XALIRATE I've watched so many you tube videos about any of these said procedures. In the most, people do struggle with the pain and recovery from the general anaesthetic including insomnia. If I was honest, your upload suggested post surgery and recovery is relatively straightforward. But a lot of people out there endure pain especially and not exclusively when coupled with other procedure(s). I find it somewhat misleading. But everyone has there own opinion.
I don’t agree that it’s misleading at all as this was based on my own experience. I never suggested this was how everyone would feel. And this was only a Septoplasty, not coupled with other procedures hence it wasn’t as bad I guess. It was uncomfortable for sure but not painful but, again, that’s probably because I only had a Septoplasty done. Everyone will experience different things I suppose and the surgery you have is also a contributing factor. Feel better soon 👍🏽
That was really wholesome review. It is quite difficult to find YT video about Septoplasty WITHOUT turbinate reduction. I was curious if lack of supplemental procedure will impact recovery. There is also not a lot of reviews without stents, which seems to be pretty US thing. Are you really sure no reduction to turbinate?

@@XALIRATE Thanks for getting back so quick..that's a shame..would have been great to have been able to maybe drop a few of the monitor cables behind it..
It’s the same process but instead of connecting to the Nintendo Switch you’d connect the capture card to your PC. Same applies to recording your TV screen 🙂
Thanks for this video, everything is exactly what happened to me. With the exception that I did have Gelfoam packing in both of my nasal passages. I'm on day 3 and my packing doesn't really seem to be getting smaller or dissolving, but more uncomfortable is hair bubbles are now escaping from the packing when I pressurize a swallow lol. I'm not sure what to do about it, I really want to yank em out as they are kinda pokin about a bit. Also my anethesia dude was also very good, didn't have any recollection of the tube in my throat. Also kinda dissapointed that exactly like you, I didn't even feel myself go to sleep. I was kinda looking forward to resisting the sleep a little.
Thank you for watching 😇 No, don’t yank em out! The nasal packs will poke out a bit and look a little gross. I just taped some of the blue gauze under my nose to hide it lol. But it just means you’re a step closer to them dissolving. You’re only on day 3. Give it a couple more days. Glad you didn’t have any recollection of the tube down the throat either. That wouldn’t have been fun so yay for us! Haha yeah but how amazing was that feeling when you woke up? 👌🏽
Hey I’m facing same issue when ur packs dissolve . I’m in day four and they are kinda out red and makes me more full some thing dripping in throat but again similar situation. Do you use the spray and ointment ?
So sorry, I just saw this comment now. I wasn’t notified but just saw saw it now as I was responding to someone else. I used a salt water rinse to keep my nose clean. Hope you’ve had a good recovery as it’s been 2 months since you posted the comment.
