Saw someone legit try to argue just the other day that Tigerstar “technically” didn’t do anything wrong since it was motivated by the code since Firestar kittypet blah blah blah and Bluestar cross clan relationship blah blah blah, and that made him actually the “greatest warrior”. Tell me where in the code it says it’s okay to execute apprentices (and queens as well; Brindleface). Even if you want to play devil’s advocate which is insane to begin with and say it was totally okay for him to want to kill Firestar, Bluestar, and the half clan cats, and you want to stretch the rules even further with Redtail and Runningwind since they were adult warriors (both of whom he ambushed and didn’t even win a fair fight against I want to add), there’s zero justification for Brindleface and Gorsepaw as noncombatants within the code (or the rest but if we’re just going by this person’s logic.)
