Hey mate, we will do a final video going in depth of the dyno results abit more. A quick breakdown of what we have found is that the exhaust doesn't make a different with horse power gains, it makes the car come on boost 4 seconds faster and holds its temps a lot better. so although there isn't direct gains there is gains in long jevity performances.
We do on our here there is another video on our next gen ranger. it drops roughly 10 decibels. We haven't done a before and after on a patrol though sorry.
Maaaate, that sounds great! I’m not sure if I got it right tho, do we keep all the exhaust modes (Quiet, Normal Sport & Baja) or just Baja which you’ve mentioned in the video. Cheers mate. AL
Mate love the content....I was itching to see the results and then it stopped with a to be continued. I was yelling at the tv lol. Cheers for the good content mate. You've got me wanting to drive over from wa to get mine done
An awesome addition to the short entry 4" on the LC300. Thanks Casey and team for the special sauce and innovation to bring this to market. Still get a good staino note at higher revs, but much more quiet while the first stage smaller turbo is in motion up to about 2300rpm cruising around town or crawling on the tracks.
@meredithmetalworks unbranded pretty sure, basically just alloy pipe that's been mig welded. Was meant to fit a 92 hilux but didn't come with a guard. Was just wondering if I can use some math wizardy to cut a perfect hole or if I have to just holesaw the guard and then die grind the edge till it fits?
Good day. @meredithmetalworks What would be the cost of exhaust with the high flow down pipes, the resonator delete and the 4” exhaust tips? I assume this to be the exact set up in this video, if not, could you direct me to the options on your website where I could order all components?
Theres literally no difference a snorkel is a snorkel as long as installed properly it works and if ya do need one ya dont.. yall weird af with this habi jabi nonsensical 😅
This sounds awesome, very interested. However, on your website it states fitment is for "3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel". In the US we dont have a 3.0L V6 TD, only regular gas V6 turbo. Same fitment?
