@@LilTimmyMusicthose were the same final takes that were him mumbling or practicing to perform the same line right before the part where he needs to punch in comes in, and then get scrapped in a real song, and the other takes are harmonies or you can actually hear him doing 2nd take in one part at around 3 mins, but only because the previous take's 2nd half of the line wasn't as good so he punched in twice for the same line. so it wasn't 1 take, that would be ridicilous, search on youtube "kid laroi without you (studio session)", you will see the process
@@user-gi9rl8qn4s oh i didnt mean ALL of it in one take, my bad, i misunderstood your first response. im just saying it was insane how quickly he can punch out songs. cause most of it was like 1-2 takes. as a vocalist myself i know how many takes it needs sometimes and 1-2 per bar is crazy low
@@LilTimmyMusicwait im still confused lol. what do you mean by punch out and saying it was 1-2 takes and then saying 1-2 takes wouldn't make sense to be real? By takes i mean how many takes it takes to record one bar, not how many takes to complete a song, maybe that's what you meant. And I still meant that those only the final takes of each lines were left in this video.
This isn’t raw vocals, this is after reberb and pitch correction, there’s a full studio session on YT that got leaked recently if you want to see what it actually sounded like He’s improved a lot over the last years on raw vocals though
