Looks like the sh*t hole has got cleaned up since the 90s, pity you can’t change the wanabe gangsters and no hope singles mothers that infest that place. I’ve heard its turned from little Baghdad to a little Mogadishu in recent years

Lived in Colwyn bay 2000/2001 there were more shops back then and it was quite a beautiful place ..still is ..but there was less of an element cos of the times, very fond memories indeed!

Hoylake looks stunning. Does anyone know where the Coral live as they're from this area. They're proud to be from the Wirral and they let all the journalists know this by saying that they're not from Liverpool but the Wirral.

A great band called The Coral are from Hoylake and they wrote a song called North Parade which is also the name of one of the places which one can find walking along the beach in Hoylake.
