Ohh.. so that's why the reason i got abs before.. When i'm still active on taekwondo. I do twice a week. Per day about 1 half hour. I did it one year and i got that "abs". I do run 10 laps of basketball field before did those. Now.. my body so far from that abs thingy 💔💔
Now that's what I'm talking about. You don't have to consciously do special set of abdominals to get abs as a taekwondoka 😁🥋 It would respectfully come Taekwon
That makes things both more interesting, yet complicated. If we're to have this sparring, we'll need to have ground rules/guidelines for instance in taekwondo we don punch to the face during sparing, we don't kick below the belt. So should consider this. What do you think buddy
