Very good what the government is doing. We bought a 2 bedroom 1 bath in Phase 2 in Braeton in Portmore in 1977 for $23.000. We are currently in the USA for the past 40 years. Like to see what is happening in Jamaica
Its a pretty decent offering but its not far from what is currently offered from other developers so not worth the price point. Old harbour is not very developed and they are pricing the houses like its kingston. The land space is significant but who will be able to do any addition when you have mortgage for 28 million.
Btw who is the delevoper for these spsces i would shake them hand and buy them drink my god ...they got it right....aeeh who wah give me 40 million make go buy one of these...only thing missing is a pool.
Do wait whats the premium feature kmt ...no pantry...no washroom...no where for a dish wssher...no walk in closet...no linen closet....like where the vision for these homes kmt just copy and past templstes...but truth be told i would rather live old harbour than portmore feels more like country...never like portmore from morning.😊❤
I think for the future real estate videos you should spend more time show casing the property and not so much the journey. You rushed the viewing of the actual house and the camera was moving around really fast.

I figured you were in a hurry to capture the house tour because it seems like there were others outside waiting to get inside to view as well. @@dianjackson4546 Me understand but I also a let you know you can only take these things or leave it because if they add fencing to it, they are not going to be considerate like how you want. They would instead add another million to it and them say it is for the fencing and material and labor cost. It is a sad reality but the world is not a fair place.
