I'm a apprentice landscaper and I feel like I am being micromanage by my co-worker/supervisor. They think you can't do the job, they get frustrated easily, they give you jobs that are not crucial to the project, and they treat you like your useless. A word of advice. It's not all sun and daisys, there are bad people too.
