I've been knotting since the beginning of 2021 - we were in another covid 'lockdown', I was homeschooling my two young boys which was challenging (but fun too!) but I was struggling mentally too. Was it lockdown? Hormones? Anxiety? All these feeling made me want to do something for myself and that's when I discovered Macrame. During this time I learned these feeling were actually undiagnosed ADHD, which is my new SUPER POWER!! Nothing but great things have come from my diagnosis - I understand myself more than ever and I am FINALLY exploring my creative side. I've experimented with many knots, patterns over the last few years and I'm really happy to have this platform to share them all with you too.

Hospital won't do anything. You pick out what you can, take a shower, and wait for the rest to be pushed out by the healing process bc there isn't much else you can do.
