For cargo it would reach max weight fairly soon, but have a lot of space, if carrying dense things. Nothing wrong with that - there's a market for it. The short runway ability would be great, if they can pull it off. Almost double the payload of the Beluge with double the payload length and larger diameter.
Where do I buy this? 🇺🇲🇺🇲 I'm tired of new cars being 30-60,000usd, and full coverage insurance being around 200usd a month plus regular maintenance $$$. It's surreal, in America we work a lot but most of our money goes to others.
Interested in this so looked at sum stuff semi submersible platforms but then found jack, and jack goes down, Jill stays up the legs hold stronger and always connected to each other jack and Jill are like a hill with in and above the water. Average depth 500-600 ft Mobile platform with upper command centre logistics holdings. Umbilical cord connection life support etc. Like aquarius 1 but larger. Used Base straight down in Australia waters between Victoria and Tasmania as a rough area of location. Took into consideration depth location previously utilised structures be it oil/gas rigs that are being remove and already decommissioned. largely in an in area natural habitats and islands and Macquarie island research station south east of there as well as Australia's Antarctic expedition program and research division. It's a national geographic resorts of sorts. Loved star wars as a kid but new that would not happen likely for sometime. Then there was the sphere and who could be it now forget the Abyss. Know that I thought yer that's more likely an under water laboratory and expedition like station only to find out nothing really since the 60-70s. So I am left wondering about these mission's to colonise the moon and Mars. And then there was the ship a city and we'll kinda got there but it's just a fairground on water be it a resort amusement park ride. I say go out to sea and float around save fuel and then it's a bit like a city. Bring the fleet together and that's a floating island with city.
I was a software engineer on the first CE approved surgical robot 25 years ago. So this isn't particularly new. They are getting better and cheaper (ours was more than $1M in 1999 when $1M was real money).
