It's handy being able to do local I Numb she preps I fill she checks n it's nice I can see my hyg pts for rest work. Now as an asst I thought I could scale but after hyg school I was actually clueless so schooling is needed for scaling n sub g scaling is in my opinion needed for pros
Why not do a two wing Maryland bridge ? Is it because there isn't a block large enough to mill one ? If so, why not send the scan to the lab and have them make it ?
So nice to listen to your interview Tanner! I'm so proud of my cousin and can't wait to come watch you play. Wishing I could get to New York, but am holding out for Denver & San Fran or San Diego. Miss you to pieces and wish you nothing but the best for your next game. I have no doubt the Rockies will slowly get to love you, appreciate your skill, and your mental edge on the game. I'm so, so proud of you!

Great interview!! I’ll never forget that 98 team. Such memories! I was in the city doing a hospital rotation for my paramedic license for the Special Forces Medical course and I swear they didn’t lose!

Hi, I'm moving to Colorado soon and what to start a dental assistant program to become a dentist later on. I just wanted to know how to become a dentist if I'm a dental assistant first. Thank you
The wait is outragous!!! This is a joke. Staff playing xomputer games. What do we go to school for front desk. Love the glasses by the way. Tulsa ok 6/17/2021 been waiting an hour in waiting room plating mind reading games. Great gob college grads
3:00 Haha - I was one of those "random people". We'd seen the Catsup Bottle and the Arch then the Dental Health Theater. This was when my oldest child was a toddler and my wife was pregnant with "number 2" -- both are grown up now. We turned up just as a busload of school kids were dropped off. The school kids saw the teeth and a giant toothbrush, a live puppet show -- but they were REALLY excited about watching TV (with a cartoon dinosaur.)
how much do front desk assistants usually make straight out of the gate without any experience? is it minimum wage or mid-teens? I just did a phone interview and the person would not even give me a range at all. I know experience matters; but, it is scary applying blindly without asking about pay.
fabulous life It should be above minimum wage for sure, depending on your experience and the area you live! I live in a southern state that has a relatively love cost of living and front office assistants make around $12-14 on average brand new. Good luck on your journey!
I've been assisting for over 7 years and I absolutely do not agree with making it a norm for offices to "skip lunch" just because "it's busy" (depending on your hours) for example if you're working a full 8-10 hour day with no lunch just snacking inbetween patients that is ridiculous. That sounds like poor scheduling and lack of respect. Those are the type of offices that will 100% burn you out. That is illegal and somehow extremely commonplace in the Dental Field and something I do not personally put up with but that many people have to work in those conditions due to necessity. Dental is nothing like working in the Medical field, we work in private and corporate offices not in severe life threatening situations (AND I'VE WORKED MAINLY IN OS) nor do we get paid to be worked into the ground. She is very mistaken about this.
Anabel Chun I absolutely agree with your comment. I am a recent dental assistant graduate who has a medical assistant background and there is a huge difference between both professions. The medical field has changed drastically since twenty years ago and not for the better.
@@annefrost184 I feel you! Listening to office managers like her really upsets me. There are so many offices that have the idea that somehow an assistant coming in to "make a living" is unacceptable. You have to live, eat and breathe the practice without actually you know eating LOL I'm going back to school to be a dentist and I'm glad I've gone through my experiences because I'll know how to treat my employees and the kind of employees that are going to nurture a practice. aka not slave drive people.
Kevin, My name is Nesha and I’ve been a dental assistant for 6 years and counting 😁. I am truly amazed of this video and would love to speak with you more about my journey and the things I’ve learned by just wanting to learn more. Recently I just got a shocking new career change and I’m excited to go on this journey. Great job with this organization , you guys are amazing. Nesha
