Mamey is a whole natural fruit. The vitamins, minerals and fiber are complete. We do not have to add anything to it to reap its benefits. To your point though, if vitamins A & E are extracted then yes, they may need a booster.

So I made this yesterday and I have to say that this was Amazing! I messed up on the fried rice part, but that was my fault! The pork though? PERFECT! The mistake that I made was adding just a little too much soy sauce when making the fried rice. If I had left it, and just used the left over marinade like I started, the whole thing would have been perfect! As it was, it's still really good and I am having leftovers as I submit this!
This is my sign to stop procrastinating & finally try papaya for the 1st time!!!! Question, do u save & use the seeds as well? I've read there's numerous benefits in them as well.
