If you put the ruler lip on the edge nearest to you, the pressure of both your cutting hand and your stabilizing hand ( two fingers off the ruler / on the mat) your ruler will really stay put. Thanks for all the info.😊

Is this made from a jelly roll? I want to make 4 of them but can’t figure out how much material I need for each one. Not my forte figuring out yardage!! 😁
We just cut 2 1/2 inch strips from scraps, but you can totally use jelly roll strips!! You use approximately 15" of a 2 1/2 inch strip for the longest piece in the center. You will easily make 4 pillows from one jelly roll! Post pictures for us when you are done!!
