nice enough house I guess , but kind of hard to get a proper look , with the way it was edited, barely had time to focus in when the zoom in stopped , and pow , it shoots over to something else , and then again , only for a moment and its off in another direction . Then on top of that , it was just repeated again , in whole or parts I will make the assumption that this would be referred to as " Teaser " video , but then no additional info to speak of etc. To the person at realestatevideo, I'll bet that you thought this turned out great , ( and I assume from a cool artsy way in the business you're in , it is .) But from the point of somebody actually trying to see the home and what it's all about , personally , I think it was a poor representation . My thoughts anyway , probably not yours

Yes, that is part of it but the reason most of my clients go this direction if necessary is because it increases the value of the home because it is included in the asking price (everything is negotiable). Also, most seller clients wonder what flooring style, etc is going to appeal potential buyers, this way it creates excitement for the buyer and settles the buyer’s minds weather they should get the carpets cleaned (which is negotiable too). And the BIGGEST reason the seller goes this direction is that they can pay for the flooring from the proceeds of the sale, if properly timed with the contractor doing the work. So many different ways to look at it. 👍👍😊
Thanks for taking the time to film and post this! It looks like the garage is 2/3 of the build so you said 40x40 heated garage and so we can assume the living space is about 20x40 which then looks like the front door opens to a living space, kitchen, then dining room with door leading to the back. Very nice. Then the stairs that are against the shop wall go up and split into a master bedroom with master bath and at least one other bedroom. Maybe safe to say there’s a powder room downstairs and a half bath upstairs and possibly a third bedroom up there. 40x20 is 800 x2 is 1,600 square feet of living space then the shop which you could probably even build a mezzanine in there and shoot through the upstairs with a door and have another bedroom, possibly two if you ran the mezzanine across the pack of the shop, hey maybe even there or two big bedrooms with a bath between. The comments saying there’s no useful info are bogus, I very much appreciate you posting and keeping this video up, it’s inspiring for someone like me who plans to build something like this. so you live in Calgary to visit places outside of Calgary? perhaps next video, you might explain the close distance from the city...or better yet mix with items in the city as well....most people with families would talk about schools, safety you know important stuff..not an ice image.
