I watched it being built.Credit goes to our second CM Sri.Kengal Hanumanthaiah.Nehru was not happy with the money spent.Kengal H ignored Nehru.They used the large number of prisoners behind bars to help build it and learn some job skills when they come out.Great idea.All of that reflects in the beauty & granduer of our Vidhana Soudha.
