I tried to solve the problem you mentioned.Maybe it's because the wire you used is too thick.You can try to make it with thinner wire or some bigger beads. 🤔 😊
i made a similar bracelet and had this problem with a few of the hearts. i learned you kind of have to work it a bit to force it into the right shape with pulling. it helps if you pass through the beads on the "right" side when adding/creating the shape. when making the bottom point, try to add it to the outside of the circle by passing the thread next to the side towards the inside of the circle, pulling the thread "over" the point bead. if that makes any sense lol. if the heart is turned right side up, the shaping thread should be going over the point bead, not behind or in front of or below. when adding the top beads that create the bumps, try to keep them on the outside of the circle as much as possible. if the heart is turned right side up, the shaping thread should join the shaping beads from below, and sit at the top of the holes of the circle beads. i noticed i had fewer issues with the shape when i did those things versus when i added the beads less neatly. it does still take a bit of maneuvering to get them to sit right a lot of the time though, so don't feel discouraged when they don't take the right shape on the first pull! if you're still having trouble, i also noticed other tutorials use 15/0 beads to create the shape of the top of the heart. that may also help round things out a bit. i hope something i said made sense here! lol. you may have already solved this problem but wanted to add my two cents for anyone else who is having it, because i certainly did too
