@@brotoonstwins You’re welcome! You’re a talented writer, you really should try writing and publishing a book sometime! I’d definitely convince my parents to buy it!
23:02 ah yes, good old amish Ringo I think that Stuart decided to get his hair cut in the mobtop style because of his girlfriend Astrid, who was a photographer from Hamburg. But I've also heard from Paul that they once saw a man passing by who had a similar style in Hamburg, but he had longer hair at the top, they liked it and they asked for a haircut like that, but the haircut that they ended up with wasn't as long on the top, thus escentially receiving their first mob top. So I'm almost sure that their mob top originated from Hamburg.
guys, I can’t find information about why in the early 2000s everyone wore baggy pants or pulled them down so that their underpants were visible, in the 90s this only applied to hip-hop culture, and closer to 99, almost everyone wore baggy pants or just pulled down your regular pants, and it didn’t matter if you listened to rock or rap.
yes it an original song. Called when the burgers attack. Used to the instrumental. We tried to make it sound like 90s grunge. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vqrCX5IZr44.html
It’s pretty good, it reminds me of the background music that plays sometimes in “ That 70’s Show” when they are in a circle, like the Halloween episode or the Star Wars circle
I just changed my jewlery last night for the first time after getting them pierced 6 weeks ago , i didnt go to claires but my piercer used jewlery with butterfly backs and fake diamonds , the prongs that were holding the fake diamonds in were raised and it kept getting caught on everything and making my ears bleed 😢 switched to 14 karat gold balls and had instant relief.
Sometimes I look back at the 90s and I think "man, that really happened". What a time it was. I still remember the shock of Kurt Cobain's death, the utopian millenarism, the raise of 3D video games and animation. To me, the innocence of that generation died on 9/11, and what came after was a hopeless look of the future and an era marked by the lack of identity.
Very interesting take. The few things I remember from the 90s is Nintendo 64 Backstreet boys spice girls Hanson tarazan inspector gadget and the phantom menace. Princess Diana's death. Pokemon. But see when the 90s ended I was five years old. So my concept of the world around me was very small
Would you say that Jim Carrey in The Mask had this hairstyle? He had lengthy fringes, though IDK if you would say it had the curtain shape of over takes on this hairststyle. And second, would you argue Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor had this haircut? His is very similar, but sometimes it's styled more into a quiff, though it resembles curtain more when the bangs fall down.
I've seen Jim Carrey with hair that looked like curtains. Yeah so I'd say It's A variation a lot of haircuts are variations or versions of the hairstyle
a fun fact about ringo-he was actually married to a hairdresser-maureen-during his beatle period so she would cut his hair for him at home whenever he needed it-hence the extra neatness!
Jeez man, seeing those terrible bowlish single-length untextured undercuts make me feel like I have the perfect hair 😭 I should watch this everyday to feel perfectly secure about my hair
My early 20's are coming to close and yet I'm so in the mood to go back to this hairstyle lol I don't even know if it would look good but I really want to try it
I think if it's more of tamed version it can work. Like. Back in the 2010s late 2000s many had it so stretched from the one side of the head to the front. A more tapered down version of the hair cut can look alright I think
Well I'd actually suggest showing a picture to the haircutters and actually swinging your head how Justin does it helps a great deal it allows the movement to have it's direction
You guys know of Kyo Kusanagi from The King of Fighters? He really rocked the curtain hair, and was the big reason I ended up really gravitating to that hairstyle.
@@brotoonstwins Based. He definitely is probably the most 90s looking Fighting game protagonist of his era with how he dresses. Even when the style was out of date, SNK kept his curtains until around XIV, until changing them back. Did you know of SNK's fighting games at least? They've made other games like Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and Samurai Shodown.
@@agentofnests5730 im not that familair with it no. looking it up i recognize some of the characters though. i know street fighter aha ryu ken chun li :P
@@brotoonstwins Street Fighter is a classic for a reason. Though I prefer Street Fighter III usually, even if some fan favorites like Guile and Bison are gone. Street Fighter 6 looks hype though and I gotta play it it eventually.
@@brotoonstwins Curious about one thing regarding Kyo though. What're your general thoughts on his take on curtained hair from what you looked into? The way artists drew his hair over time definitely changed, with earlier art portraying it as bulkier on the sides, while it later was sharper, and more refined. In KOF XIV he outright went for more of an unparted look, but still in spirit of Kyo.
I miss that hairstyle so much! I’m not that found of todays undercut “tight” look its so boring and makes everyone look a bit ugly, I’ve seen even babies with that haircut now, oh gosh I wish the cuter times came back like 60s or 2000s 😂
Honestly, the Robert Pattinson bruce hairstyle pretty much my recent look, and funny part is people Normally confuse me for a young keanu reeves or Leon Kennedy😂
