ESG is an authoritarian totalitarian credit score being used by corporations to social engineer people and spearheaded by Blackrock CEO Larry Fink They basically want to control how you act, think and speak whether you like it or not. You just saw what happened with Bud Light and the boycott, it's similar with Disney on a much slower level considering how much property they own, but their films are doing disastrously and their parks have got less customers going Fuck ESG
666 hand signs all over this video like there going out of fashion. Seriously you guys aren’t even hiding it that you work for the devil and what his agenda is. Laughable. I hope/pray you have a change of mind but I very much doubt it.
Thanks for sharing experience. I used to work at one of the big 4 companies, and looking back I can say that I really miss those smart, bright people working there. I had to stop my career as an auditor due to family issues. KPMG was one of the companies that ensured me that they hire professionals and do not discriminate people by age. I am turning 29 now, hopefully I can work at KPMG in couple of years after I settle with my family and health issues.
@@charlesntopa5675 it took 3 months, and personally I enjoyed the hiring process. Numerical and Verbal Reasoning Assessments were basic, GCSE level. I practiced quite a lot and brushed up on certain things. The Assessment Centre was done virtually (this is the last stage). What’s important to remember is that if KPMG wanted, they could realistically hire everyone. So I didn’t see the other candidates as competition, but rather, as team mates. We were presented with a problem scenario and asked how to overcome it. They weren’t looking for the correct answer, but, they were looking at your team work skills, and how you communicate, behave, analyse information etc. Towards the end of the Assessment Day, I got interviewed by a partner. They don’t ask you questions to catch you out, but rather, they want you to show them your competency, and link back to your CV and mention the skills acquired. My best tip would be to know about the line of work you’ve applied to, and be enthusiastic, and show competency by demonstrating that from your degree/experiences, you have had the opportunity to brush up on the skills that are vital to that line of work. You should also read about any current financial decisions that may impact the line of work you’re applying to, to show your commercial awareness.
I accepted an offer a few months ago to work for KPMG (offices in Madrid), starting in September 2022. I am so excited I can't stop watching KPMG videos on RU-vid hahaha.
