Would have loved to see her as Fantine in the movie, but I think the fact she's Asian would have been the reason (and yes, I am Filipino), since most movie audiences aren't going to understand why she's cast (unlike most who are into musical theater who seem to be more forgiving in this respect)
Lea is an excellent singer who performs these songs near perfectly. She transitions between songs effortlessly and makes every minute real.....great job Lea!
