It is not "royal" unless royalty owns it and is selling it. Similar to calling an apartment or condo luxury just because it has tile floors and a washer and dryer in unit.
No real royal would ever live in such a kitschy building. All of them are literally disgusting. Like why they try to imitate some neo-baroque style in 21st century? Our artistic perception just moved so much forward in the past decades, this overdecorative style is just outdated and void. Absolutely tasteless and irresponsible.
