is the investment/rental period for 20 years contract? what happens at the end of the contract, can the unit be sold and who decides the price? please elaborate the process, thanks
Dear Wanu Toby, thank u for your message. The touristic contract of the rental period is for 20 years and can be renewed after that. However, as a freehold property it can bensold anytime after the deed, once is sold with the contract to be respected. The sale price of any unit is always and only decided by its owner, as well as the broker/agent he wants to lead and be in the charge of the process.
