I am here to confirm, pet armor worked!!! I put the dogs out, and gave them a flea pill to kill all adult fleas on them, while this pet Armour spray killed all fleas in the house on contact. It supposedly killed all eggs. We'll find out if any hatch over the next couple weeks. But, for now all hatched fleas are dead, GONE! I washed the dogs before they came back in, to kill any eggs they may have been left on them, but the flea pill worked. I did leave them outside all night before coming outside to give them the dip bath.
Onions, garlic, chives, and leeks are in the Allium family, and are poisonous to both dogs and cats if the dose is right (if they eat a single large serving or repeatedly nibble on small amounts over time). Garlic is considered to be about five times as toxic as onions for cats and dogs.
I already had to take an older cat to the vet because of fleas. Reading on the Internet, it seems that there are more opinions that consensus. I would like to not kill my cats with these topical treatments the sell and they don't seem to work anyway. Someone I know told me that her vet recommended Frontline and that one seems to be the most dangerous if not Bravecta. I am keeping my cats indoors until I can figure out how to stop the cycle. They are not happy. There are differing opinions on bathing cats as well.
I've never bathed my cats. I'm debating trying. The topical flea killers don't seem to work for mine. I've spent a lot of money trying to figure this out.
@3:35 what does the cop that did drugs have to do with where fleas lay their eggs? Edit: Actually, as soon as I put the question mark on the first sentence, I answered my own. So I edited it so I don’t sound so stupid. I figured I’d go ahead fill it in so any other people that get stuck here will have the answer. But, I finally realized that the fleas LAY THEIR EGGS under the cop that did drugs. Now it makes more sense. But how do we know which…. Bah, soooo many questions. I’m not going to ask anymore cuz my eye is starting to twitch a bit. Means I’m about to short circuit. Edit #2: okay, I’m sorry if this has already been answered or if I’m being obtuse…but I’m not getting what league play has to do with killing fleas. And while on that subject, what kind of league are you in where you have to have your pee under control, Andrew? I’m sorry, but all this seems like a lot of work to control fleas. First I have to go find a cop that did drugs and now be in some S&M sounding league where one has to have their urinating under control. Sure is a lot of hoops to jump through. Think I’ll just call the exterminator. Thanks for the advice.
Please do not under any circumstance feed garlic to any dog. They can and will die if they too much and it doesn't take a lot. I think it is bad for cats too, not sure raw onion too . Not as bad as garlic but still could kill your dog too depending on your dogs sensitivity too them and how much they ingest. For some dogs very little will make them sick or kill them . Please take this advise seriously. I'm going to use the citric juices this afternoon. Hoping that it works because I hate putting chemicals on my pets . Looking for alternatives.
There is no way in the world you'd get my cats Lulu and Tiger (AKA the Feral twins) into a bath. I tried giving them worm tablets recently. That didn't go well.
U can sprinkle diatomacious earth, the food quality de and dust it all over ur house..dust the animals..it wont hurt them and if they lick it off it treats internal parasites
