I have 2 X Shot Longshots. Both had declined drastically in performance. I replaced the plunger tube with an aluminium tube. Neither was cracked on either blaster. It made no difference to performance. I replaced the O ring on the pusher rod. It made all the difference. Both are now working as they were when I got them. I recommend Adventure Force half length darts (orange tip on grey body). I have been using them for 2 years and have never had the orange head of the dart detach from the grey body.
Ended up getting this after I returned the Nerf Pro Sender. I really wanted to like the Sender, and I do... except mine had the same QC issue as a lot of other people. Didn't seem worth it especially seeing all the teardown videos at trying to fix it.
Bro, thats the "frustration free" packaging. Ive gotten my hammershots, strongarms and Amazon exclusive disrupters that way. USUALLY cheaper. Just sayin 😊
I have the toy myself, it's tiny, so I don't recommend it for fully-grown people, but it is stable, an inherit property of a static stock. It also depends which battles you'll be using it in, if you're gonna use it in indoor battles and you don't mind the cleanup portion of the battle, it's okay. It's best for plinking instead of battles, but it also shines in battles where you take multiple hits to get tagged out with it's buckshot shells. It's a specialty if used in battle, so lend it to your specialist teammate, or if you can handle it, go ahead.
I have the same gun but when I’m reloading or training I use a shell from a different toy gun that’s too big for it to eject so I can reload without it ejecting it lol
