Sir punishment can also increase the behavior Eg .If we are not doing work and someone punishes us for not doing that work then we will develop apparent conditioning that for not doing the work we get punished then we will do that work again and again for not being punished so our behavior is increased by the punishment Sir please answer

Sir, do you think, Central government is behind this? Even 1% of involvement of the central government is there? I believe central govt is doing this to save their money on perks and salaries of the employees. By reducing the vacancies, they are essentially saving the nation's money.
this happened with UPSC as well at one point of time. so its difficult to blame anyone. it might be based on the need of the people in the organization
Lets ingore Vacancy and focus on study only essa koi kaam nahi jo nahi ho sakta still i will try clear rbi grade b I don't care how much vacancy is there ❤
Every organization goes through this phase where they have surplus people or they don't need that much people for the moment. I know as an aspirant it is disappointing. I am expecting year would be better
