Ulyanovsk is a new option, an unexplored territory. In the same budget, you have many better options as well. And about hostels they are good you are just saying anything. There is a big difference between Govt and Private hostels. Aur aisa bhi kuch nahi ki reh nahi. Sakte .since 20 -25 yrs students are going there and fmge passing percentage is very good.

After our video, they converted it into a Fully english medium university in 2021. Specific features of Petrozavodsk: • The university is economical. • The university has decent experience in teaching indian students. • They are failing students every year in good numbers. • There are better options in the same budget range but it's ok if you are stuck with Petrozavodsk. • Overall, it's a budget options but we recommend better options. But exploiting students and converting them into Agents and RU-vidrs is another and purely evil. We could look biased but we always encourage students to go for only those universities where such incidence won't happen. Ek aisi university Jahan aapke parents bhi aapke saath jaa sake, bahut Kam h milne Russia m. Kyunki Sachai Bahar aa jaati h university ki. But the artist will mint yearly profit from your tuition fee (atleast 2x of your scholarship %). Now, you were saying something about Hostel issue, right? Sir dont spread negative information about Samara University. Why r u promoting university like chuvash,IKBF,yaroslav and dusre taraf aap bolre ho samara galat hai because you can't do admission in Samara. IKBF ka RECTOR (Dean) arrested hai, and Yaroslav state medical is not a good University ,I had also given entrance of URAL but unfortunately not passed, consultancy is refunding my whole money back, so i told them to do admission in Samara.

Bad things are happening in Russia and it's better if you are one step ahead in your preparation. When a consultancy like us makes something so sensitive, we become a target among our own consultant fraternity who thinks we are defaming a country. But the greater good should always come into consideration. Softamo works for majority of universities but no student agent concept should be ever promoted. Kyrgyzstan is clear example of what is going to happen with Russia if extreme measures won't be taken into consideration.
