Very creative I really like this idea! This would be good for my sister in law, she has a young grandson that like tools. I will be showing this to her.
@@maryshelton4998 thanks so much! I think this idea could work in all different colors of course! I hope it works out and would love to see her spin on it.
Love both these pages! I have been trying to decide if I need this paper/dies/stamp collection and starting to think I do after seeing so many lovely layouts using it. tfs absolutely love both coffee and hot chocolate equally 😄
@@susanhammond2724 I wasn’t planning to get it originally either but after creating the left page with a friends set, I realized that I needed to own a set for myself! 😀
Beautiful l/o Dana ! I the I love embossing and the 3D folders really pack a punch. Can you tell me what sandwich you used with the CTMH Die cut machine?
Thanks, I’m so glad you like it. What I love about the CTMH die cutting and embossing matching is that I never have to think about what plates or how to sandwich anything. I just use my cutting mat shown in the video and the white thick platform plate that comes with the machine for everything! I then adjust my dials on the machine according to what I’m either cutting or embossing so for these embossing folders, I set the top dial on 3-D embossing and set the bottom dial for the tension on the lightest pressure. Super easy for me! I hope that is helpful for you. Let me know if you have any additional questions I can help with.
I liked the way you did the background trees with the liquid pearls trim but especially the paper strip tree, a great design. That cut out with strips could be used for many different shapes.
The page turned out well & yes, adding the black into the other areas did balance the page better. You definitely have to go online to see everything in their book properly which in some ways is annoying as I find looking at my screen bothers my eyes more as I age & actually preferred to see things in the catalogues to be honest, so really they should take a leaf out of ctmh & print at least a six monthly catalogue instead or three per year, adding more design ideas in them as well as the products.
Hi thanks so much for the feedback. I agree with your comments but I did find it hard to keep up with all of the new product releases with CTMH every two months and then having the products retire before I could use them in some cases. It is a tough balance. But I am like you where I like to see the items in the catalog too. 😊
