Great video! I was pleased to see you camping at Leigh Lake Campsite 15 on the rarely traveled west side of the lake. When I last camped there, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but vowed never to go back unless they cleaned up all the downed trees that made sections of that trail very difficult to cross. (Many of the downed trees were too high to step over and too low to crawl under, so I had to do a lot of bushwhacking to get around them.) But the campsite itself can't be beat for privacy and that stunning early morning view from the little beach facing the cove and Mount Moran is amazing. I was thinking of going this memorial weekend and had a couple questions. Do you have to reserve camping spots or is it 1st come 1st served? Camping cost?
Love Big Sandy Lake. The trail crew did an awesome job after the wind event in the fall a few years ago. I was there last year. That’s a pretty good storm you had. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
