hello paul, the czech republic is also loaded with these buildings and rooms looks exactly the same, my conclusion is these are old houses appartments factorys etc i believe they are left alone 5000 years ago after some apocalypthic event. first you had the event the houses etc looked the same as today the rumble left behind and everything rottend away till a certain point and turned into stone and thats what we see today; Add to that a flood and a major volcanic eruption, and after that then there have been beings. who have smeared a layer over everything.

Buy an endoscope so you can stick it in small crevices and holes to see where it leads. You can get one for less than 50 bucks that has a light and it's own screen that records.

9:41 It just occurred to me looking at that crooked joint line that if someone was building with Geopolymer sacks for forms they could intentionally make the joints crooked or at angle to try to simulate a natural rock fracture appearance. Those blocks are pretty straight behind the putty but maybe some places that look natural to some degree were made to look that way.
