OC Kliff Kingsbury sits down with ALL his QB's every week and asks them what plays do you like and which plays don't you like to run if you wind up on the field..........and he re-adjusts his play calling to whoever is out there, ie- when Mariota came in two weeks ago. He already knew what plays to call and not call. Now that's coaching.
@@Evilbiscuit66 Pretty obvious what the problem is at this point... and it's definitely the culture. And that's a big problem because that includes the owner, the coaches, and the players.
B.C. you're doing a great job. You're spot on with what you're saying. I was meh about my team hiring DQ, but he was the right choice. It's not just Kliff though, he assembled an all star coaching staff. Anthony Lynne is also a former HC. Ken Norton Jr. is also there and the list goes on. They all wanted to work with him. He definitely set the culture and as a Marine you know how important that is. Keep up the good work. Semper Fi brother.
Reason 1 ...cause cowboys are marshmallows and lead by a lemon . Reason 2 they are playing solid football and agree with you b.c. Quinn knows how to utilize players and Dallas is hurting because of losing quinn. He knows how to get most from his players. And a guy like Quinn can upgrade any defensive roster by creating a system or defensive scheme that works to players abilities. If a coach is capable of that its better then trying to have players adapt to system have system made to fit players.
BC if These Current Dallas Cowboys like Micah Parsons Trevon Diggs DLaw were in the Marine Core they would not make it in fact If Micah Trevon DLaw all these guys were on the 90 s Cowboys with Jimmy Johnson and Troy Aikman Michael Irvin Charles Haley they would not make it i think Jimmy would try to trade Micah Parsons Trevon Diggs and Dlaw and also cut alot of guys mentality not there soft soft football team

Agree made a video about this the other day. Dan Quinn took a horrible defense in the Dallas Cowboys and in one year he made him into one of the better defenses in the NFL and lead the league and takeaways. Those players responded to Dan Quinn that’s why the defense looks so much better than Dallas because he’s a good coach. The coaches we have right now suck on the Cowboys.
The Hogs were one of if not the greatest offensive lines in NFL history, but what made them legendary was the fact that only two of them were drafted. Mark May in the 1st round and Russ Grimm was a 3rd rounder. Joe Jacoby, Jeff Bostic, and Fred Dean were all UDFAs. Coach Gibbs won 3 SBs with 3 different QBs and parts from the junkyard to fill out his roster when he had to. Gibbs, Landry, and Parcells were so good for so long because they knew how to build a staff and turn their teams into brotherhoods.

Cowboys suck for slot of reasons Quinn leaving is one of them but cowboys have multiple issues and their spirit and hunger and drive is the biggest problem imo. Their lack of intensity and fight is making them hard to watch as a Dallas fan. I can watch a team who fights and grinds and loses and don't make excuses but see the problem fixes it and comes out Hungry or a team who just got out played but this roster is not a united team it lacks leadership and is soft mental and physically . Final thought look what Washington is doing without a 60mil year QB
Honest question: Do you think Cowboys would be something like 5-2 or 6-1 with Dan Quinn as head coach? I have a hard thinking that because of players not giving it their all and having Dak as QB instead of Daniels. McCarthy and Kellen couldn't make Dak into a great QB. Plus, Dan Quinn is a defensive minded head coach (not saying he's bad).

I've got some other content I've got to cover. I've already done a few videos in the last few days regarding the Commanders. Just being honest... it's like my Cowboys... I forgot about Randy Gregory lol luckiest man in the NFL. Jerry helped him into and kept him in the league then he gets a huge contract in weed heaven Denver. Then traded to SB contender in another weed legal state.
Believe it or not... he was actually playing good football for Dan Quinn. Talent was never the issue with him... now the weed??? That's a different story!!!!!
Of course they can. Especially, if a team that's more talented has bad coaching and is undisciplined. At the end of the day... it's "ANY GIVEN SUNDAY" in the NFL at the "HIGHEST LEVEL" in the sport we call football. Plus... there's always good and bad matchups. Same goes for boxing, martial arts, and sports in general. There is a lot of different variables. That's why I always evaluate matchups based on percentages and you hardly ever here me favor a team by more than 60/40 any given weekend.
It happens all across society, so why not football? Military officers, CEO's, fast food managers etc all can come in and turn a team around. I remember when Dairy Queen in my hometown got a new manger lol A lot of the same employees but hot fries, burger made right and the store was clean for the first time in years. They even started doing the upside down blizzard check. Employees were happy and in good spirits too. Not grumpy and disgruntled like before.
100 %. Talent has to have direction and motivation and that's a coaches job. There is a reason Belicheek, Gibbs, Parcells were so effective and successful. All of them ran up against teams that were maybe more talented but they had their teams sharpened to a fine edge.
Adam Peters and DQ yes have built a team that wants to play for each other. DQ has built a culture through the coaching staff and Adam Peters gave DQ a team of players that have the chemistry to fit what this team wants to do and they are being coached up and they are buying in. At this point of the season I can see JD5 ROTY, DQ Coach of the Year and Adam Peters Executive of the Year.

@Big County you’ve been spot on about Dan Quinn all along. He was not the X factor in Dallas that’s DAK and McCarthy thanks to Jerry. Washington already surpassed the Cowboys and it’s not even a year in the Quinn
