I'm a retired pro chef / Bistro owner from the centre of England. I was lucky enough in the 80s to attend chef school and work in France. This channel is my hobby. It keeps me sane. My videos are not that professionally produced but they're all tried, tested, gimmick-free and eaten by us!
I'm always on hand if you need to drop me a line regarding any of the recipe vids you see.
It's just me and my 17 year old daughter in our kitchen cooking great, easy and affordable dinners with an emphasis on Pie and Pastry.
I'm now bowing to pressure from my food community chums to start a RU-vid Channel with help from my teenage daughter who is my cameraman, technician and chief taster .... ...okay, let's get cracking shall we? 🍴
@@chefarchiepie I'm from Boston (Scot/Irish). My beautiful 93 year old Italian MIL brought her son (my husband of 23 years, plus 5 years of Living in Sin, per my Mom ) over on the boat when he was 4 months old. Per your recipes, they think 🤔 I can cook 🤔. Damn. I just usually do St Pat's Day . ❤️🇺🇲🍀
Ooh, that's lovely!! I adore Penzeys, and not just because they're so clearly & unequivocally anti-tRump! 😂 Their products are fantastic!! I've bought their basics, Vietnamese cinnamon, the Telicherry Peppercorns, and some brilliant blends. 😋❤️
@@chefarchiepie I love my salads w/spinach, romaine & red/green leafy lettuce, baby mozzarella, some Boursin cheese with all the goodies in it including strawberries/blueberries- this dressing w/be perfect!!😋😁
I make a version very similar to this. I do use the topping and bake as you. My husband and son call this vegetable casserole. I just call it Calabaci’n Casserole. Been eating since I was a child! Sooo delicious 😋
Damn. You brilliant cooking bastard!! I've already got the shopping in for this week! I'm adding drumsticks & greek yogurt to the list for next week. ❤😉❤️
