Thank you Souleymane for sharing this video. I watched it over five times now and I feel much more confident playing my Djembe Fola. I love the Kuku rhythm and how you introduced the call, introduction and first and second Djembe parts. . Watching your instructional video was a very enlightening and uplifting experience. Thumb up from me and now I will subscribe. Much appreciation and respect from me to you. .

Hi Brian. Well done for paying close attention! :) Right and left are of course the same way around in the continent of Africa as they are in the rest of the world. It's just the camera which reversed the image. This means you can mirror Souleymane when you are practicing the rhythm.
Great work 😍🥰 Djembe solo with masiga🔥🔥 Let's grow together family 🥰🥰 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y6SRkxwS6fQ.htmlsi=AfigI-1-qkEP15oW

Big fan of Wuntara! ❤ I had the pleassure to work with Mr Compo at St John's Primary and learnt a lot about djembe and dununs and Mandingue music in general. I'm very thankful for that amazing three year experience

I used to play drumset semi pro. I bought a djembe and doumbek thinking I would just jump in with natural rhythm. Haha. I wish this guy was my nextdoor neighbor.
