Exactly. I have spent ages trying to put this together. My box arrived damaged with all the bolts everywhere.not well packaged at all. I think I have got everything except one washer, but not sure as the parts don't all match the photocopied instructions and I seem to have more parts than I should have. As mentioned elsewhere, an instruction video would have been useful. I am wasting hours.

Could do with demonstrating the product, including opening it up so we can see how to empty it, also how to change the filter etc. Use the carry handle to show how it works - I assume this is retractable as I couldn't exactly make it out. Got a bit dizzy watching the video tbh.
