it is so good to see these great birds thriving here along the Grand River watershed once again. Pretty much the best thing you will look up and see in today's sky.
Spring in Canada , going out to the forest now to listen to the wildlife and explore. Great videos many only see on wildlife TV shows , but right here in our own back yard and it must be protected.
It is so good to see the eagles again in this area, I used to take my father out to see them weekly , but he is not very mobile any longer so we look forward to your films, thank you,
Hi there, I have counted two eaglets so far, last season they had three. The adults I call the male and the female. This is the first time they have used this nest since 2014, they have another nest about 500 yards from this one
Amazing footage! That looks like a huge fish (do you know what kind?) the bird caught! A bit hard for my eyes to tell if she dropped it or ate it really quick 😅! The fish was struggling, so did the hungry Heron managed to fully consume (alive?!) it all okay? It looked like the unlucky thing was still desperately kicking about! I wonder, does the large fish stand any chance of escaping if eaten in that condition? Maybe it can turn around inside the elastic throat/stomach and has a chance of survival here.
Thank you Bill for sharing your wonderful video with everyone. I’d like to say this my favorite but I can’t because I thoroughly enjoy all phases of them growing into fledglings.🤗💕 I’m grateful to for giving us the chance to watch this family during this season my friend. 🤗💕
Thank you for sharing this great video with everyone Bill. I like the flying into the nest by the parents. Their wing span always amazes me. It won’t be long now and we will be seeing the kids on the rails.😊💕
I just love seeing how patient and civilized they are, waiting for a piece to be handed to them. They don't just pounce on the adult's fish. They are a lot more patient than other bird species.
Thank you Bill for sharing this great video with everyone. 😊💕 I’m thrilled we can see them while being fed . There growing so fast that it won’t be long until we see them on the rails. 🥰 Many blessings and prayers for this eagle family this season and long into the future. 🙏🏼🕊️🦅
The best sign of spring we have seen yet. Great footage, we will be checking in on our local nest as well this weekend. We are looking forward to your next one.
