Had an issue with a canopy a few years ago with only resolution was a tin of fabseal been sent out for the seams to be treated. Never took it any further.
Hi there. A 4m wide marquee will NOT have the cross brace roof bars. The 4m x 6m is a simple to erect marquee. 3 poles from left to right with 3 poles connecting joints to the next section, with 8 legs.
Wonderful, eccentric Brits like Kevin Nicks, supported by wondeful local entrepreneurs like Darren Perry and Gala Tents. Makes you proud to be British. A Motorised Gala Marquee with lightning flashes and go faster stripes painted on the sides. Go - Team Gala!!
Gala Tents and Gazebos are most likely the strongest, safest, most dependable, durable and reliable, best quality made tents and gazebos in the world. I think they are the absolute dogs bollocks!!
They should be fine, provided you take the appropriate care. When it's going to be stormy then take the covers off to ensure they don't tear. With snow, we always recommend brushing it off where possible. Basically, the frame is super-robust and can take all sorts, but the canopy may tear with extreme weather conditions, so it's advisable to take it off.
It's to get you in the mood for putting gazebos up! Seriously though - sorry you've had problems with it. Turn it down and just follow with the subtitles if it's offputting?
I agree, most people should have one... the main problem with the UK is that the majority of modern houses are so small... there is no room to store anything when not in use! That's the same reason why the UK public are filling our tips up and fly tipping is previlant; people dumping stuff because they have no where to store it! The rabbit hutch designed houses are a disgrace and their should be planning limits on how small you can build a modern house!
Hello i have just received my gala tent gazebo. However. On putting it up there are no sides back or front to it only the roof .please can you get back to me about this .
We Have 4 of these gazebos from Gala, we use them commercially every week and they remaining sturdy and strong. 1 issue I do have is the customer service aspect. I have written on a few occasions with a technical enquiry and never had a reply.
Thank you Gala Tents. We have bought 3 of your gazebos, not this commercial range but your middle 40 range. The frame always performed faultlessly, but the fabric only ever lasted 2 seasons at best. What happens is that the UV literally rots the fabric, causing it to fall apart. With this in mind, we are now considering biting the Bulley, and going all out for a commercial gazebo. However, we were very disappointed at how much emphasis was placed on the frame, and how little on the fabric, which is the major part of the expense. Are your commercial fabrics truly UV stable? What kind of life might we expect from them? Could you possibly do a separate video, where you discuss this issue of canopy strength and UV degradation. Finally, Gala continues to be our first go to company for gazebos. Yourselves and delivery are always incredibly helpful and fast. Best wishes for a successful year Chris Moyler
We would recommend this structure to be a permanent structure , however if anchored down with the recommended, ground bars, tie down kits and pegs the structure will not blow away.... for more a permanent events we would recommend the Gala Tent Fusion then see this link www.galatent.co.uk/product/10211
I have one of these. But I’m finding it very difficult to open so that it clicks into position at the tips of the four corners, even when two of us are opening it. Maybe because it’s new and a bit stiff?
Same here. I.ve drilled a couple of holes a bit further down the frame to make it easier although the top sags a bit if it not in the top holes. Also one of the legs is very still compared to the others. Definitely not easy to erect single handed. Or even as easily as this video purports.
I've just put mine up for the first time and I'm no weakling but there was no way those corners were going to click. The roof fabric was very tight so I just lifted it off the corners and "click" they went straight in. I just then had to carefully stretch the corners of the roof back on. I assume it will stretch over time.
